Health Education and Wellness:
Health education and wellness programs are offered to assist clients in making healthy lifestyle choices during their careers and as a foundation for lifelong lifestyle choices. These programs provide education, prevention, and intervention programs related to addictions, adjustment and change, anxiety, bereavement and grief and loss, depression, pain and stress management, and spiritual distress.
